A domain is the name of the website that will be typed into search engine bar (“Google/Safari”), example: https://mindnary-za.com
You can either transfer the domain to us, as we have our own dedicated servers for hosting (*paid service*), but should you prefer to stay with your current service provider, you will pay “external hosting” for hosting on your own website, before we start the project. NB: We will require cPanel Login details upload source files.
You can cancel at anytime, we only require a “30-day notice period”. After 30 day period the website, backups and email will be deactivated, stored for another 30 days and permanently deleted.
Our turnaround time is 3 to 5 working days.
Every website is custom designed, we recommend that you send us “3 URL’s/links” to designs, layouts and colour schemes you like, as these will be a guide when we design your website.
.com is generally defined as the global (“international”) domain extension, while .co.za is the local (“South Africa”) extension. Other domain extensions such as “.org”, “.net” can be used when registering your domain name and are subject to availability.

Yes, however, should anything go wrong, we cannot take responsibility for the website being down. We will only be able to restore the website to a backed up date of when the website was still in working condition.
Our packages include 1-hour “FREE” maintenance per month that can be redeemed at anytime of the month, any changes can made on “request” (*paid service*) to a dedicated project manager.
